All questionsDo you work on weekends and holidays?
Yes. The Sofia clinic is open every day from 08:00 to 22:00 without days off, and emergency care is available around the clock. The Blagoevgrad clinic works Tuesday–Saturday 09:30–19:00 and is closed on Sunday and Monday.
Do I need to book an appointment?
We recommend booking by phone at +359 898 361 903 to avoid waiting. Emergencies are admitted without an appointment at the Sofia clinic until 22:00.
What documents should I bring for my pet?
For a first visit bring the pet passport (if available) and any previous test results or treatment records. For rabies vaccination the owner's ID card is required.
How much does an examination cost?
The price depends on the type and scope of the examination. For an estimate call +359 898 361 903 – the price list is currently being updated.
Do you make home visits?
Yes, by prior arrangement over the phone our doctors make home visits. The examination, medicines used and procedures are charged additionally.
